Mikey Maccini is a creative media industries student at Texas Tech University. Growing up in Austin, Texas, was instrumental in Mikey’s dedication to the arts, sports, and literature.
Being an internet sports reporter for the greater Austin area allowed Mikey to flesh out his craft not only behind the camera but with his journalistic talents as well. From there, he moved on to live TV production for PBS and Northern Michigan University athletics, focusing on all aspects of the live TV sphere, including camera work, audio, commentary, graphics, and working together on live TV sets such as game shows to ensure no mistakes are made on live TV. Today, Mikey is a marketing associate at Solis Security.
